EXECUTIVE COACHING

As a professional certified executive coach (ICF certified) I specialise in developing change, presence, influence and engagement skills in my clients. My clients become confident and courageous change agents who negotiate difficult relationships, improve management and leadership skills, secure stakeholder support and build teams that deliver. ​ 

I work with individuals and teams on a variety of topics including;  gaining clarity, improving performance and decision making, career choices, confidence and motivation to name a few. I help my clients to clarify their definition of success,
maximise their potential and achieve sustainable/lasting results. 

Prior to becoming an executive coach, I worked in the banking sector for over ten years in hr and senior recruitment roles. So, I understand the motivations and challenges of working in large organisations, leading teams of people, delivering targets, dealing with conflicts and achieving work-life balance.
 
My coaching style is direct, honest and creative. I value authenticity, courage and openness and dedicate myself to increasing awareness and development for his clients. My clients come from various sectors including Legal, Technology, Finance, Media, Government and Banking to name a few.
